what a week!

Hello!

welcome to my abandoned blog...things have been rather hectic the last week and dont show signs of slowing down!
was overloaded with work last week all over the place as im sure everyone gathered i went upto nottingham last weekend and had a bit of a pants time escpecially after being chucked by my ex the night before going so ended up going on my own ...then got fined by the police and chased and threatened by a chav...bad times LOL sorry to say it but nottingham is a hole. no offence to anyone who lives there im sure theres nice parts :P

SOOO did a mag shoot last sunday and a dancing shoot saturday whist i was there...i wish id filmed it - I CANNOT DANCE. think american pie geezer with the webcam - thats me right there.

also started a bit of my HellweekPT training last week managed it ok actually surprisingly i will be fousing on it a lot more when i can get a bit of stability in my work scedule....

so yeh thats me! got some new images ill be putting up a few today also old and new ones sparkle up the page a bit!

hey guys - had nice day off today mmm

went and got a nice pedicure THEN went to the gym...bad move! mmm sexy smudged toes...sooo ill now be re doing them ready for shooting tomorrow
off to milton keynes in the morning to shoot in a studio ive never been to before should be good...early start!
lots of travelling to do this week up and down the south east and midlands until monday ...my poor car.

today im also starting a new meal plan ive set my self brought my pink bowls and will be all about portion sizes and lots of rice and chicken and tuna...tryna sort out a bit of extra junk in my trunk ....should be ermmm fun  lol

first short hair shoot...

had a fabulous day today - worked for some great photographers for the second time over in essex always a pleasure to work for and got some great sets done hopefully ill have a new short haired modelling photo to show you soon if someone will give me one...
having a chilled evening tonight glass of wine (a rarety as im a granny and dont really drink) got some nice dinner cooking and gunna put my feet up - just organising some shoots for and online store i work for for april time and a few fetish sites so getting nicely booked up and fingers crossed im also heading out to portugal next month for work also which should be nice!

red nose day!...

good evening all,

will be watching red nose day tonight - and give a nice little donation, do my bit for charity and all that !

had a chilled day today trained my PT client this morning bit of a tragedy when his aciliis tendon went ping!....cold pea's to the rescue!
i soooo want to get back in the fitness industry i miss it loads im going to try and get a part time job in a gym just for fun....but im still staying in the modelling industry also ive got loads planned and i do love the randomness of it!...you havent seen the half of me yet mr industry!
other than that been training myself - getting my squat on and some kettlebell training - will be starting my strength training beggining of april for my hellweekPT - need to get some arms mine are a skinny mess.

off to essex tomorrow for a full days naughtness shooting in a lush studio should be super duper ;)
anyway hope everyones had a fab day...
